Head baker • Tengnoupal, Manipur

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Tengnoupal, Manipur. You will be based in a bread factory. We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; 2+ years' experience as a baker; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
