Sausage maker wanted in Firozpur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Firozpur, State of Punjab. You will work in a meat processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideally you have able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; 2+ years experience working as a butcher; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day.
