We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Khammam, State of Telangana. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₹80 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
