Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Day to day you will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹30,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
