Now hiring: scaffolding labourer (West Bengal)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Nadia, West Bengal. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. Day-to-day duties: • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice 1+ years on the tools preferred.
