Vacancy available: dishwashing attendant (State of Rajasthan)

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Jaisalmer, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should bring previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Contact us to fix an interview.
