Urgent requirement: retail butcher (State of Odisha)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Gajapati, State of Odisha. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
