Head baker — Nilgiris

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Nilgiris, State of Tamil Nadu. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideally you have able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen.
