Vacancy available: brickwork mason (State of Maharashtra)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Jalna, State of Maharashtra. You will be based on a busy housing site. Your main tasks: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts We are looking for able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks; sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish). 5+ years on the tools preferred.
