Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Tehri Garhwal, State of Uttarakhand. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideally you have able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting.
