Earthmoving equipment operator — Upper Siang

Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; refuel the machine and record running hours; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site.
