Baker — Jalandhar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Jalandhar, State of Punjab. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideally you have able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; 2+ years' experience as a baker.
