CNC programmer-operator • Solapur, State of Maharashtra

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Solapur, State of Maharashtra. Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
