Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Pulwama, State of Jammu and Kashmir. Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
