Powder spray gun operator — Gomati

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gomati, Tripura. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideally you have can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process. ₹90 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
