Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Full-time with occasional weekends.
