Powder coating line operator — Valsad

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Valsad, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage We are looking for 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes. ₹650 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
