Join our team: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Wayanad, State of Kerala. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. We are looking for understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings. Day to day you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₹14,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
