You should have: • Clean police verification with no criminal record • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid The role involves control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts.
