Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
