Sewing machine operator wanted in Malappuram

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Malappuram, State of Kerala. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
