Commis chef wanted in Garhwa

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Garhwa, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a cloud kitchen. We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Pay around ₹36,000 per month, based on your experience.
