In-process quality controller • Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideally you have familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems; understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits; able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols. Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
