Tandoor cook — Dungarpur

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Dungarpur, State of Rajasthan. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. We are looking for able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
