Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Lohardaga, State of Jharkhand. We are looking for willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
