Scullery hand — Dibang Valley

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dibang Valley, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
