VMC operator — Jalgaon

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Jalgaon, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Overtime paid at a premium rate.
