Pot washer wanted in Kasaragod District

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Kasaragod District, State of Kerala. The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working ₹36,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
