Container truck driver — Imphal West

Now hiring: we are hiring a container truck driver in Imphal West, Manipur. You will work at a busy distribution depot. Day to day you will complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off. Ideally you have good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules; valid digital tachograph card; minimum 2 years' long-haul experience. ₹1,100 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
