Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto painter in Nalbari, Assam. You will be based in a spray booth. The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. We are looking for able to read and match factory paint codes; 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing. We offer ₹26,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
