Maintenance painter — Uttar Kannada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. You should bring skilled with brush, roller and spray application; reliable, punctual and tidy on site; a good eye for clean lines and an even finish. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
