What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₹23,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
