The role involves: • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests You should bring basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge; willing to work on a commission/incentive basis; neat, well-groomed appearance. 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₹39,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
