Join our team: we are hiring a baker in West Tripura, Tripura. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₹20,500 per month plus benefits.
