We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Chamoli, State of Uttarakhand. You should bring physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg; knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout. Day-to-day duties: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
