We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Sarangarh Bilaigarh, State of Chhattisgarh. On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Ideally you have good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); punctual, reliable and hard-working. Six days a week, one day off.
