Powder coating line operator wanted in Botad

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Botad, State of Gujarat. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. We are looking for 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
