Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Gaya, State of Bihar. You will work in a meat processing plant. Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹32,500 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
