Immediate opening: we are hiring a guest service agent in Kaithal, State of Haryana. On the job you will handle: • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department • Liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information What we are looking for: • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner 5+ years on the tools preferred.
