Trowel-trade bricklayer — Pakur

Now hiring: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Pakur, State of Jharkhand. You will be based at a residential building site. On a typical shift you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. Ideal candidate: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets 1+ years on the tools preferred.
