The role involves: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans You should bring familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems; prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing.
