Cook wanted in Purnia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Purnia, State of Bihar. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies.
