Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
