Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Gumla, State of Jharkhand. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Ideally you have able to pass a 3G/4G plate test; aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety. ₹15,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
