Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Chittaurgarh, State of Rajasthan. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
