Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
