Paint booth operator wanted in Bangalore Urban

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Bangalore Urban, State of Karnataka. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Six days a week, one day off.
