Powder spray gun operator — Rohtas

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Rohtas, State of Bihar. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideally you have can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; willing to work shifts and overtime; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
