Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Hisar, State of Haryana. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
