Aluminium fabricator — Balaghat

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium fabricator in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. You will work in a fabrication and glazing factory. The role involves punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels. What we are looking for: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Full-time with occasional weekends.
